Our method

A method, not a classroom

Our methodology draws on neuroscience, NLP, and behavioral analysis (DISC), with 80 to 90% hands-on practice. Since 2016, we've worked with top-tier mentors and brought together internationally certified trainers.

Baraka Gate is accredited by 3FPT, the official accreditation body for training organizations in Senegal. Our coaches are certified by Maxwell Team, TPMA IFC, the European Academy of Neurosciences, UNITAR, and GERME.
